Hunter Boot was a rare brand, but in trouble.
It was the only brand in the world that Prince Charles and Kate Moss could wear on the same day and both think they were wearing absolutely the right thing.
Yet it had been in and out of insolvency.
New investors took over, installed a new CEO and brand team and wanted clear direction. Quickly.
I worked 1:1 with the CEO and new Creative Director to distil the famous green welly's DNA, codify it and then build out a highly directional investment recommendation.
The new brand direction was adopted and Hunter showed double-digit growth for each of the 3 years post-launch.
(The deck remains confidential but I hope this gives you a taste of the approach.)
